Ron has released two ports this week:
Microbee DC is a Nanowasp SDL port, a tad faster than Quzar’s effort and allows to use CP/M 2.2. Dreamcast keyboard is required for this one.
CarsDC is a simple racing game where up to 3 players can play with the Dreamcast keyboard, or one player with a controller. The original source is here
