Dreamcast-Scene is reporting that Sega plans on halting production of GD-ROM disks next month, February 2007. This would have significant impact on the Dreamcast community: no longer will developers have the ability to create titles for the Dreamcast or create Dreamcast ports of arcade titles developed on the NAOMI platform.

In addition, they have created a petition to convince Sega to continue the production. Please sign the form and send it in to Sega or we may no longer be able to see Dreamcast games being released!
