speud has released his first public release of the VMU file manager that lets you download/upload savegames amongst other things, VMU Tool, which is a follow-up to the program bucanero released a little while ago. You can download VMU Tool 0.6.6 from here & if you would like to give speud a bug report or some feedback you can do that here.
