If you aren’t sure how to get on, just follow these few handy steps, stolen from wraggsters newspost regarding #dcemu a few days back..

1) download MIRC and install it on your PC.
2) Start the MIRC program up
3) Type /server irc.freenode.net (press enter)
4) Then make a nickname by doing /nick (your nick but without brackets or spaces)
5) join the chan by typing this /join #dreamcastdev
