A new release from Reaper, MpeGer v1.0, a themable program that plays M1v & ps2.pss files at close to full speed. To convert your video clips to M1v you’ll need to use TMPGEnc + the template included with MpeGer, read the newspost at Reaper’s site for full details on how to get it all up & running. Here’s the recommended encoding settings from the author of Libvfdc, La Cible:

MPEG: use a resol 320×240 (a bit slow)

Encode your video with:
Profile & level: MP@ML
Stream type: System or Video (ES)
