Reaper has ported a Pengo clone called Lupengo to the DC, with the help of the games author, Carlo Borreo. This is what Reaper had to say about his latest porting project:

“Since I have been working hard on a request port of the SDL game: Lupengo. (Disclaimer: ported by request of the author with permisson to release it under LGPL and GPL. Source is available on the download page).

The author, Carlo Borreo and I have worked together to get this great game on the Dreamcast. Lupengo is based of the Arcade game: Pengo. Lupengo can also be found on the Amiga! This game is very adictive and is multi-player! Player one can use the DC Controller, and Player 2 can use the keyboard. As I figure out how to implement the Second Controller, this is how the game must be played. I will release a re-vamped version under the LGPL with other sound effects and graphics. By then I hope to have the second controller working.
