Christian Nowak has released a Dreamcast version of his Amiga MOD player, here’s some info about it from the readme file:

This is a player for standard, plain old Amiga Sound/Protracker MOD
files with 15 or 31 instruments and up to 32 channels. Other file
formats (669, Oktalyzer, MED, XM, S3M, whatever) are not supported and
are likely to crash the player.

You can download the unscrambled binary from CHN & the scrambled binary is available from DCreload.
