Captain Skyhawk spotted something interesting at ReGex’s site, under /dev/hobby there’s a link called Catan-DC. Not much info about it yet but here’s a little something that ReGex has posted that mentions it:

“No coding over the holidays for me… but if I can get my thesis done in short order, I can start looking for a job and do some hobby coding there as things wind down. Catan-DC, here I come!”

Captain Skyhawk did a bit of searching & found out that Catan is a popular, award-winning German boardgame called “Die Siedler von Catan”, it’s a game where you build roads, farms, towns etc. & trade resources with other players. An English version called “The Settlers Of Catan” was released as well.
