It’s been a while, so I thought I should release an update, if for no other reason then to make it easier on newbies, who have to update far too many scripts since the last full release. Changelog:

- gui: updated Output options (DJ, NERO, ISO/cdrecord, DMU)
- scripting: starting to move away from using SetPage* and towards fully
  custom dialogs with defaults.
- scripting: Modified Wizard.SetPageOutput (NERO, ISO, DMU)
- scripting: Added Wizard.ShowOpenDialog (Caption, filter, *FileName)
