The guys in the DCEmu chat room, who are Mr Siggler,Hyper G, Debeauter and others have released DC-TMNT Beta v0.3 Final, heres the new features:

– It works 100% with controls now.
– Frame skip is in place now, default is set to 2, but can be set up to 20, then again its fine at 2.
– Full screen. No ugly squeeshed screen now.
– Keyboard IS supported. (UPDATED)
– Bug fixed where you don’t have to worry about having 2 controllers plugged in , in order to get controller buttons working.
