The Minus4DC site has been updated with information about this Commodore Plus/4 emulators progress:

“I now have Minus4dc running Icicle Works at full speed. Smooth scrolling has yet to be done, but that shouldn’t take long. While its “full speed”, its not quite as quick as I’d hoped. Still, its a start. I hope to post some pictures soon.”
