Generator was ported over to the DreamCast as a funtime project… Aparently many of you DreamCast people out there like it, and yet there are always a few that will spoil it for everyone… But that doesnt matter for this…

The other reasons for porting it was: 1) to prove it could be done quite easily 2) to provide a legal genesis/megadrive emu for the public. 3) just for fun.

As soon as sourceforge updates the links you can download and do whatever you please with the source.. I have removed the GUI from the source as that contained the graphics which are copyright 2001 Atani Software. If you wish to create a replacement GUI please feel free to contact me for pointers of where to hook it into the source…

Now for the rest of the news… Generator32 will be removed from this site as I do not have the source to it, nor do I plan on any updates to the emu. It does not need to be removed from other sites which carry it if they do not want to. I am just removing it from here and as a supported product. If you want a genesis emu for windows i would suggest any of the other fine windows genesis emulators: Gens, Xega, AGES, RetroDrive, etc.

Final words on the never to be released DC-GBA… Yes, I am the author behind the project. I am not going to release the emu as the emu “scene” is not ready for it, nor will it ever likely be ready for it… The current “scene” will accept it, and then the warez kiddies will find it and use it to their advantage, similar to what happened with UltraHLE… Therefore, this project has been canceled… The source will not be released, so please do not ask for it… Note the source was 100% original and based only on the documentation that has been made available by other sites.

DCBliss — Source is available currently via the sourceforge project “bliss32”. The linux port will be maintained as well as the DC port to be created eventually.

Unnamed RPG game — Not much info here other than it is back to the planning phase…

Other things are planned but I will not be making mention of them for now…
