Just got this post by Tubooboo off the Ngine web site:

…the thing is, i haven’t updated a lot because not much
has happened regarding my projects, sadly, lots of work, and lots of other stuff important to me had to be up front.

However, I did a SUBSTANTIAL amoutn of work in the last two months on a new project, and actually, this time, its finished for release.

No, no emulator, only for developers.
