This week starts a new chapter in this site first ill tell you about the new staff and changes.KoFFan and me Wraggster are now admins,there has also been a lot of changes in the forums with lots of new mods and lots more to come.
Rules in Forums

1.No Warez at all.
2.No porn links pictures etc.
3.If you need help check back in forums ,the same question has probably already been asked.
4.No Spamming.
5.Post in the correct forum not just in the main forum.
6.No flaming and personnel abuse including swearing etc.
7.Please help out at all times and no senseless newbie flaming.
We are watching forums more and more so the helpers may be offered the chance to mod that particular forum,whilst having fun we must remember that people of all ages come to this site and we all must show them that this site and the staff/members are the great people i know we are.

Ideas to improve DcEmulation
