Ss_teven, the SMS Plus! for Dreamcast author has posted this information about the beta 5 release of his Master System emulator currently available from his site.

It loads a GAME, starts the emulation loop, and loops around a bit till you press ‘Y’. It seems that there are some Video / Controller bugs. As soon as I get my Coders Cable or BBA it should be fixed.

Also you can’t burn it onto a CD yet, since it tries to write to the serial port, and if it can’t, it will simply crash and burn! SMS Plus! does have Game Gear support, but it’s disabled in the Beta releases.

Last, I have had numerous requests for 50Hz, this is so it can play on PAL TV’s. Since I live in Australia, and my Dreamcast and TV is PAL, this wouldn’t be a bad idea!! (My TV does accept 60Hz). Currently the library’s I use to create SMS Plus! only uses the default 60Hz, So I am seeking anyone who can give me information on how to implement 50Hz into a libdream program, any information would be greatly appreciated.
