Tubooboo has update his ngine-Snes9x site with news that he is almost done with the next release of version 0.40. The reason this release has taken so long is because he has added a TON of new features to it, too many to list here. As for when it will be released, he says

“.. it is one mor full evening of coding until I can deliver ngine 0.40 to you guys, but I am not sure when this evening is going to be. Can’t be too far in the future though, so keep checking this site”
