I have added a broad band passport image 3.0 version in Disk Juggler and Nero Burning Rom on its own page. Check it out in the software for dreamcast. Also, I have updated the SegaGEN page yet again with links to LBA fixes and such.

Also the cinepak was pretty useless to me. So, I removed it.
