Well it isn’t really a new tool its been out a while now 🙂 Its a thing called Dream Animator, and is a VMU animator for Windows it can create and save VMU animations so u can use them on your VMU. There are 2 versions the original JAP version and a translated ENGLISH version u can download on the Dream Animator page which is in the DC Emu’s For PC section.

Just found another cool tool (Cine Pack) it can play and convert adx, acx, cak, cpk and other similar files from Saturn and Dreamcast CDs on your PC. You can find the Cine Pack page in the DC Emu’s For PC section.
