I completely updated the needed tools section. Adding a ton of more tools needed to help your battle including things that convert images to other formats. Any format you want now. Well pretty much. I hope to make many more tutorials soon and help out dreamcast development in a big way. Any dc people out there willing to help me get a nice dreamcast development section started 🙂
