Creates BDS files which are used by BootDreams to check the files in the BDS against the files in the actual folder the user wants to selfboot. If one file is found missing the user will not be able to continue making the CD image.

What’s new:
– BDS format slightly changed*
– the main form can be resized
– BDS can be saved anywhere
– program name is no longer used*
– ability to set files as optional*
– can check for new version
