FreeSCI is an open-source Sierra SCI interpreter, here is what the author of the port has to say.

I’ve recently ported it to Dreamcast. Binaries and a cd image will be available through the official FreeSCI website (http://freesci.linuxgames.com) when FreeSCI 0.3.4 is released, which is scheduled for next monday (january 20th).
