Due to Rygar no longer working in the latest version of NesterDC, reaper2k2 has released another tweaked single game version of MAME for fans of the game. r2k2 posted some instructions on how to get the game started in this forum topic:

“when it shows the type ok screen you press left and right on the controller to get by that screen is not displaying right but will not effect the game …. you must select frame skip (1) sound yes when you first play it or theres a grafix problem , if you dont use this setting . Press (a) and start together to go back to the config screen eg quits the game then you can select no frame skip or up to 6 frameskip …. it does not need it but its there. all in game menus can be used with a press of the left trigger brings up normal mame options they all work with out a keyboard …..”

Reaper has been having some bandwidth troubles with his site so he has put a gateway up with extra mirrors to try & alleviate the problem, if his site is down you can grab the file from this DCEmu mirror.
