I have today gathered and uploaded the full legal romset for the PC Engine Console, the zipfile is around 12 megs in size and contains 353 legal Public Domain Roms in one handy zipfile. Obviously these roms can be used on any emulator that plays PC Engine Roms, namely Dream Engine :).
