Hanger-Eleven has been updated again by Thorsten Titze with some more info on sndoggvorbis:

“The newly released RC3 sources of the Xiph Ogg/Vorbis en/decoder have been successfully implemented into sndoggvorbis. The examples I’ve included in the distribution still compile and work without any changes to their sourcecode.

The new library sources will be sumitted to Dan Potter this week or the coming weekend for inclusion in the latest KOS and I will also put a newer precompiled version of Ghettoplay-Vorbis online (probably tomorrow) that now uses the RC3 libraries.

Finally I will hopefully find some time to finish my Media Player application.”

UPDATE: Yes, Hanger-Eleven’s been updated again!

“I just uploaded the Discjuggler 3.5 image of the new build of Ghettoplay Vorbis. (mind you, this is not the player I’m working on. It’s merely a test-device for the library).

The new sndoggvorbis library seems to be working fairly well and should be submitted within the next few days to Dan.”
