As you all know there’s been a lot of incidents involving fake emulators & the like over the past few weeks which have not only made this site look bad, but have also made a lot of people understandably angry. Now while everything that’s been said has mostly been warranted, I & a lot of others think it’s now time to forget the garbage that’s happened & move forward for the betterment of the scene. All the major DC sites should bury the hatchet & get back to the important stuff: legit emulation & homebrew games on the Dreamcast.

Now in keeping with the new declaration of peace, I’ve been asked by the main man of the DC emu scene, the former DC Emulation newsposter & current Console Vision & VGN newsposter, Wraggster, to post this:

“Despite any fake emus and silliness,the Dreamcast Emulation and Development Scenes are very much alive and well, and with the combined efforts of Consolevision and Boob! Dreamcast Research and also DC Emulation we as a force will continue to push the scene we all love,sure there are times when sites dont get along for one reason or another, lets be fair no ones perfect but this scene is still the best scene there is, so lets all pull together and promote the Scene and join together to see that all the great emulators,homebrew games,apps etc are to be enjoyed by all.So i would like all the DC Emumaniacs, Boobettes and Consolevisionites to be as one and lets show all the new consoles that the Dreamcast at the moment is the Ultimate Console for Hobbyist development.
