The LaserDC source code has been released by ss_teven, you can pick it up at his site. Here’s what ss had to say about it:

“I’ve decided to release the source code to LaserDC, have fun with it, change it, manipulate it how ever you want, and dont forget its GPL. ~_~

The GUI is from a slightly modified version of Dan Potter’s Applauncher from DC_Tonic which i have included in the release.”
