Yup! DC64 now has a PLAYABLE version of Uridium! Well cool too – if I don’t say so myself! (Im still crap at this game!! )
Archive contains 2 files, .ELF for those that want to download, and an “unscrambled” .BIN file (im sure someone will make a bootable disk.
On loading, the Emu will run the built in game (Uridium) and when the hacker intro comes up, use the controler (port A) and press fire.
The game should then load and run. After that, play and enjoy!!
Still a few glitches etc. and Im running out of things to optimise easily. (damn this Dreamcast Cache), but this one runs well.
Unlike DreamSpec which “could” be said to be finished at somepoint (a 48K version anyhow..) DC64 will “never” be finished, since a C=64 is a VERY complex machine to get right. In fact, chances are only the Amiga beats it….. still, its a good start, and it plays well…
Any questions… just let me know.
PS. No SOUND… so don’t ask
