A nice little save converter utility has been released! From the nice guys over at SegaFans VMU HQ. Here is a snip form the site:

Spiffy utility released by SuperSonic. What it does is convert any PC/DOS NES .sav file to NesterDC compatable .VMS file. Spiffy, especially since the next release of FrNES *may* be able to load up nester saves. Good job Super Sonic!
