Octalus666 updated the QuakeDEV site with news that he hasn’t gotten maps working yet, but he does have a local copy of the IP.BIN needed to make Quake DC self boot now. You can grab it from the Needed Files section. (update: looks like the ip.bin is bad, oh well)
Notice uptop? Yes, thats right, we have two more hosted sites. DoomDEV.dcemulation.org is Tom61’s site were he’s going to be working on porting Doom over to everyones favorite console. (Lik-Sang is being slow with his coding cable though!)
The second hosted site is VMUDev.dcemulation.org. The group doing the site is RAMTRonics, and since they moved the site over, they already have a lot of info up. Head on over and check ’em out. I myself am going to be playing with VM -a- Sketch tonight.
Last, but not least, Kami updated KamiDEV today with a new site layout and:

One system is said to emulate another when it performs in exactly the same way, though perhaps not at the same speed. A typical example would be emulation of one computer by (a program running on) another. You might use an emulation as a replacement for a system whereas you would use a simulation if you just wanted to analyse it and make predictions about it.
