On Monday, Jan. 19, 2009 at 12:01 am eastern standard time–we will be launching the website: I Have a Dreamcast (http://www.ihaveadreamcast.com) with the streaming of a 24 hour Dreamcast gaming marathon!

We plan to have multiple Dreamcasts set up and a webcam positioned to stream it all – we are going to play all types of games nonstop Monday.

A handful of local bands from Athens, Ga have signed on to play at certain times during the 24 hour marathon (we are still nailing down times). All bands will play a one or two acoustic songs and each band has been given the challenge to write a Sega inspired song!

AND OF COURSE…
There is the kick-off party at 12:01 am eastern with Dreamcast goodies and good times all around.. hopefully some great four player gaming. Then throughout the day there will be contests, arts & crafts activities, music, and non-stop gaming.
