ron has been working on another fMSX port to Dreamcast and it’s aiming to take over MSXCast as the best option.
It’s already playable with the gamepad -no need for a keyboard, unless the title specifies it- and it works with floppy disk images (.dsk files) and ROMs.
He also posted a video showing an alpha version:
